Bridging the gap between Game Design intuition and Data Science precision.

I am an Analytics & Data Leader with over 10 years of experience in the gaming industry. My journey wasn't linear—and that's my biggest strength.

I started my career in the trenches of Game Design, crafting mechanics and levels for RPGs and MMOs at companies like Mail.Ru Group. I learned firsthand what makes a game fun. But I wanted to understand what makes a game successful.

This curiosity led me to transition into Data Science and Analytics. Since then, I've built data infrastructures and led analytics teams for industry heavyweights like King (Candy Crush franchise), Wargaming Mobile, and CrazyLabs. I've gone from analyzing player behavior in Dark Orbit to leading Business Intelligence departments and engineering teams.

Currently, I serve as the Head of Game Analytics at My.Games in Amsterdam, where I lead the analytics strategy across a diverse portfolio of mobile, PC, and console titles.

What I Do Best

Building Teams

I don't just manage; I mentor. I've grown analytics teams from the ground up, fostering a culture where data engineers and game designers speak the same language.

Technical Depth

I'm hands-on. Whether it's Python, SQL, or designing complex ETL pipelines in BigQuery and ClickHouse, I build the systems that power the insights.

Indie Hacking

I'm a builder at heart. My latest personal project, GameData.WTF, tracks Steam wishlists and market trends—born from my own need to understand pre-launch performance.

When I'm not digging into telemetry data or optimizing monetization strategies, I'm likely prototyping a new tool or analyzing the latest market shifts in the gaming world.
